We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an 80-day assignment in Vermont, starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves providing employer-based health services, focusing on primary and acute care for employees and their spouses, with a Monday-Thursday, 7:30a-4:30p schedule. The successful candidate will contribute to a wellness-focused environment, promoting healthy lifestyles within our client's organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide employer based health services, seeing employees and spouses of our client.
- Deliver primary care and acute care.
- Manage various conditions including Hypertension, Diabetes, and COPD.
- Perform Wellness Exams/Physicals.
- Address acute care needs and low acuity walk-in cases.
- Actively promote healthy lifestyles and overall wellbeing through the Wellness Center.
