  • Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
  • Required Licenses: Nurse Practitioner license in Washington
  • Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Preferred: Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), bilingual in Spanish, experience with Google Suite
