Responsibilities and Duties

• Utilize EMR system Centricity for documentation and management of patient records
• Maintain high standards of care and adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Additional Information

• Required board certifications: Family Medicine
• Must possess Washington state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Prior experience in community health centers preferred
