Responsibilities and Duties
Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute illnesses such as cold, cough, and flu
Manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and COPD
Deliver care to patients across the lifespan, including babies
Perform routine follow-up and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience required, including experience with infants
Washington NP license required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Board certification in Family Medicine required
