Additional Information
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in tribal health or rural health settings preferred
Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in any state
