We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 6-week locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, starting Dec 9, 2025. This opportunity offers select day shifts from 7a-5p in a primary care or urgent care outpatient setting, with responsibilities supported by Athenahealth EMR.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide patient care in a primary care or urgent care outpatient setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Prescribe medications and oversee patient treatment plans
  • Document all encounters using Athenahealth EMR
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure continuity and quality of care

Additional Information
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in primary care or urgent care outpatient settings required
  • Must have valid licenses for Wisconsin and Minnesota
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certifications required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
