Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Wyoming, starting Oct 27, 2025, for day shifts Monday through Friday. The provider will work collaboratively across three clinics, managing high patient volume and providing all aspects of primary care walk-in appointments.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for walk-in patients of all ages
  • Rotate between three clinic sites as needed
  • Manage patient appointments in 20-minute blocks
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers, registered nurses, and medical assistants
  • Deliver care in a high-volume, rural/IHS setting
  • Utilize Greenway EMR for patient documentation
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and quality standards


Additional Information

  • Must hold current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
  • Experience with rural or IHS populations is preferred
  • Must be flexible in working between multiple clinic locations
