Job Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 60-day assignment in California, starting Feb 23, 2026. This role involves flexible 8-hour shifts, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on a diverse mix of primary care visits. The successful candidate will manage an average of 14-18 patients daily, addressing a wide range of cases including physicals, preventative health, chronic disease management, and urgent care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a diverse caseload of primary care patients, averaging 14-18 per day.
- Provide comprehensive care for physicals, preventative health, and prenatal needs.
- Conduct chronic disease management, urgent care, and women's and men's health services.
- Offer well baby care, geriatric care, and podiatry services.
- Perform diagnostic testing, basic lab services, blood draws, and hearing & vision screenings.
- Administer immunizations, COVID-19 testing, and vaccinations.
