Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver general primary care services for factory employees

- Collaborate with onsite healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Additional Information
- Minimum 3 years family practice experience required
- Valid Indiana license and DEA registration required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
