We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This opportunity begins on Feb 23, 2026, with a full-time schedule featuring day shifts Monday through Friday. Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide general primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages
• Manage patient medications and ensure appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on home care and treatment options
• Refer patients to specialists as needed
• Ensure continuity of care between visits
• Document patient consultations and care in the EMR system
• Participate in peer reviews and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
• Deliver care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population

Additional Information

• Must hold an active Physician Assistant license in Indiana
• Required board certification in Family Medicine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
• Experience with EMR systems (other than Aspen) preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
