Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage general primary care cases across all age groups
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Additional Information

• Must have a current Michigan PA license
• Minimum of 3 recent years of true primary care experience required

• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration required
