Responsibilities and Duties

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Comply with all regulatory and organizational policies
Additional Information
- Must have a current Michigan PA license
- Minimum of 3 recent years of true primary care experience required
