Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 1-day locum tenens assignment in Minnesota. This opportunity begins on Dec 26, 2025, with an 8 am to 5 pm schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Primary Care or Urgent Care outpatient setting and is board certified in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine care in an outpatient setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and procedures

Additional Information
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care outpatient settings required
  • Must hold an active Minnesota state medical license
  • Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine required
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
