Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide high-quality primary and urgent care in an outpatient setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and manage refills in accordance with DEA guidelines
  • Document all patient interactions and care using eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and staff as needed

Additional Information
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care outpatient settings required
  • Must hold an active Physician Assistant license in Minnesota
  • Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA registration
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
