Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide high-quality primary and urgent care in an outpatient setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage refills in accordance with DEA guidelines
- Document all patient interactions and care using eClinicalWorks EMR
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and staff as needed
Additional Information
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care outpatient settings required
- Must hold an active Physician Assistant license in Minnesota
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA registration
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
