Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This opportunity begins on Aug 18, 2025, with a flexible schedule of either 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts primarily from Monday to Thursday. The selected candidate will initially manage a smaller patient panel, which will progressively grow to 22-24 patients as the practice expands.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure comprehensive patient care throughout the growth phase of the panel.
  • Collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Utilize the Epic EMR system to document patient interactions and manage care plans.

Additional Information
  • DOT certification highly preferred.
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
  • Active North Carolina PA license required.
