We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 130-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina starting Feb 2, 2026. This role features weekday day shifts and requires flexibility to cover some evening hours once or twice weekly. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide primary care for children and adults
  • Deliver gynecological and prenatal care services
  • Conduct patient screenings and administer immunizations (seasonal, routine, travel)
  • Support maternal health initiatives and participate in mother-baby home visiting
  • Address farmworker health needs and participate in outreach programs
  • Offer case management and behavioral health services
  • Manage communicable diseases and support family planning

Additional Information
  • Must have current North Carolina license as a Physician Assistant
  • Experience in family practice preferred
