We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 130-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina starting Feb 2, 2026. This role features weekday day shifts and requires flexibility to cover some evening hours once or twice weekly. • Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Assistant
• Schedule: 8 am - 4:45 pm Monday through Friday; flexibility to work 12 pm - 8 pm once or twice weekly

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide primary care for children and adults
• Deliver gynecological and prenatal care services
• Conduct patient screenings and administer immunizations (seasonal, routine, travel)
• Support maternal health initiatives and participate in mother-baby home visiting
• Address farmworker health needs and participate in outreach programs
• Offer case management and behavioral health services
• Manage communicable diseases and support family planning

Additional Information

• Must have current North Carolina license as a Physician Assistant
• Experience in family practice preferred
• Ability to work both standard and evening shifts as required
