Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage and treat patients with chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension
  • Conduct women’s health assessments including pap smears
  • Perform minor procedures such as suture and stitches removal
  • Address issues related to obesity and provide appropriate care plans
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using the Nextgen EMR system

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed to practice in New York
  • Experience with Nextgen EMR system preferred
