The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with throat cultures and respiratory issues, working collaboratively with a medical assistant to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct telehealth video calls with patients in the hospital to address primary care needs
• Collaborate with a medical assistant who visits patient homes to collect prescribed tests
• Provide evaluation and management of respiratory issues and perform throat cultures
• Prescribe and review diagnostic tests as clinically indicated
• Document patient encounters in accordance with facility protocols
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity of care

Additional Information

• Must hold an active New York license as a Physician Assistant
