We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 36-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Feb 23, 2026. This role offers a set Monday-Thursday schedule, with day shifts and some variation in daily hours. The assignment is ideal for a provider comfortable being the sole clinician in a primary care clinic and managing both clinical and occasional front office responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole provider in a primary care clinic, caring for employees and their family members aged 2 years and older
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and management for a range of primary care concerns
• Provide care for work-related injuries; must have work comp experience in New York
• Perform blood draws and, if needed, front office duties in the absence of a medical assistant
• Document patient care using Epic EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards

Additional Information

• Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in New York
• Required board certification: Family Medicine
• Must possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Ability to work independently and manage clinic operations as the sole provider
