Job Description

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 65-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting as soon as credentialed, approximately by Aug 4, 2025. This role includes managing patient care involving diabetes, hyperextension, flu, and stabilization cases. The Nurse Practitioner will work 10-hour shifts, Tuesday to Friday or Monday to Thursday, from 7 am to 6 pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work collaboratively in a team setting with multiple providers.
  • Utilize the Nextgen EMR system to document and manage patient care.


Additional Information

  • Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required.
  • Experience with IHS preferred, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
  • Must be fully credentialed through all applicable insurances before start.
