Responsibilities and Duties
Provide comprehensive primary care services in a solo provider setting

Ensure adherence to all clinic protocols and state healthcare regulations
Additional Information
Must hold an active Oregon PA license
Prior experience in rural health settings is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently required
