We are seeking a Physician Assistant specializing in Family Practice for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania, starting Oct 6, 2025. This full-time position offers day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4pm, serving in a correctional healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise and flexibility to handle daily infirmary rounds, consults, and charting responsibilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct daily infirmary rounds each morning
• Perform weekly rounds in restricted housing units
• Complete physicals, emergency consults, and admission consults
• Review EMR queues, labs, and x-rays
• Perform timely and thorough charting

Additional Information

• Active Pennsylvania license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Corrections experience is a plus
