We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 67-day locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, with day shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The role involves providing care in a correctional setting and is ideal for candidates with Basic Life Support certification and a background in corrections.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct daily infirmary rounds in the morning
• Perform rounds in restricted housing units once per week
• Complete physicals, consults, emergency consults, and admissions consults
• Manage charting and documentation
• Review EMR queues
• Review laboratory and x-ray results

Additional Information

• Active Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Corrections experience is a plus
