Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Uphold all relevant clinical protocols and standards
Additional Information
Minimum 2-3 years of primary care experience required
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
Must hold active Physician Assistant licensure in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
Prior experience in community health, FQHC, or value-based care strongly preferred
