We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 68-day locum tenens assignment in Tennessee, starting on Sep 8, 2025. Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct sick calls and infirmary rounds
- Manage chronic and preventative care procedures
- Lead preventative care clinics
- Engage in infirmary rounds for internal medicine cases
- Provide trauma triage
- Maintain accurate charting notes
- Manage medication refills
- Address med non-compliance with patients
- Perform PA/NP lines in the morning, including suture removal and follow-ups
Additional Information
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Experience in correctional facilities preferred but not mandatory
- Must be licensed in Tennessee
