We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 4-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts Dec 8, 2025, and features day shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8am-5pm), and Friday (7am-4pm), providing primary care to employees and their dependents. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of recent primary care experience and be comfortable practicing in a dynamic clinic environment utilizing Epic EMR.Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver general primary care services for employees and their dependents
- Perform patient assessments, examinations, and routine primary care procedures
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice
- Prescribe medications and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
- Adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory standards
Additional Information
- Current Wisconsin license required
- Minimum 3 years of recent true primary care experience
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
