Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 4-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts Dec 8, 2025, and features day shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8am-5pm), and Friday (7am-4pm), providing primary care to employees and their dependents. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of recent primary care experience and be comfortable practicing in a dynamic clinic environment utilizing Epic EMR.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver general primary care services for employees and their dependents
  • Perform patient assessments, examinations, and routine primary care procedures
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within scope of practice
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic EMR
  • Adhere to clinic protocols and regulatory standards

Additional Information
  • Current Wisconsin license required
  • Minimum 3 years of recent true primary care experience
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Certifications required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Department of Transportation (DOT), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
