This opportunity begins on Feb 2, 2026, with day shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays, providing care for all ages in a factory onsite clinic. Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver primary care services and manage minimal work comp cases for factory employees
- Provide care for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Perform minor procedures including simple sutures, wart removal, mole removal, skin tag removal, and ingrown toenail treatment
- Document all patient encounters using Epic EMR
- Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with clinic staff
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards
Additional Information
- Minimum 3+ years recent experience required
- Family practice experience with all age groups necessary
- Work comp background helpful
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Must hold a valid Wisconsin license
