Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician Assistant for our client in Wisconsin for a 1-day assignment, starting Jun 3, 2026. This role involves providing primary care services from 7 AM to 5 PM, focusing on employees, spouses, and dependents of local school districts, including general outpatient care, women's health, and handling non-acute walk-ins.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide primary care services to employees, spouses, and dependents of school districts.
  • Work within a private employer-based primary care clinic setting.
  • Manage bread and butter outpatient primary care cases.
  • Handle lab orders; most are sent out through Quest, with some labs drawn in-house.
  • Collaborate with RN/MA staff for vaccine administration in the clinic.
  • Dispense non-controlled medications onsite, including barcode scanning.
  • Address non-acute walk-ins on a scheduled same-day visit basis.
  • Perform history and physical examinations.
  • Provide women's health services.
  • Conduct patient appointments lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
