Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services within a hospital-based outpatient clinic
• Manage a broad range of cases with a focus on diabetes care
• Ensure the highest level of patient care in line with current medical practices and procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide team-based patient care
• Utilize RPMS EMR system for documentation and management of patient records
• Adhere to clinic protocols and state healthcare regulations

Additional Information

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• DEA certification necessary
• Experience with Indian Health Services (IHS) is preferred but not required
