Locum Tenens Physician - Family Practice Needed in AZ

Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Arizona starting Dec 29, 2025. This is a 120-day opportunity working Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, in an outpatient primary care clinic setting. The ideal candidate has recent outpatient clinic experience, strong proficiency in diabetes management, and holds current ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications. Experience with Indian Health Service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide outpatient primary care services within a hospital-based clinic
• Manage patients with a focus on diabetes care
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Document clinical encounters using the RPMS EMR system
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

Additional Information
