We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 135-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Dec 1, 2025. This opportunity involves working in an outpatient primary care clinic within a hospital, with day shifts Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize the RPMS electronic medical record system for documentation and patient management
- Adhere to clinical protocols and hospital policies
Additional Information
- Must have recent experience in an outpatient clinic environment
- Experience with diabetes care is essential
- Indian Health Service experience preferred, but not required
- Licensure requirements are flexible (any state license accepted)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
