We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 139-day locum tenens assignment at an outpatient clinic within a hospital in Arizona. This opportunity begins on Jun 22, 2026, and offers a Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule. Candidates with recent outpatient experience and a background in diabetes care are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting

• Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
• Work collaboratively with clinic staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document all patient encounters using the RPMS EMR system

Additional Information

• Active medical license in any state accepted
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
• Recent outpatient clinic experience and experience with diabetes management required
• IHS experience preferred but not required
