We are seeking a board-certified Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arizona, starting Mar 2, 2026. This is a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm role in a walk-in clinic setting, requiring substantial pediatric experience and comfort seeing patients from newborns to 18 years of age.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive family practice care, including management of acute and chronic conditions
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric and adult patients, including all children from newborn to 18 years of age
  • Deliver care in a walk-in clinic setting with a focus on rural health
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Comply with all relevant clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

Additional Information
  • Must have IHS experience and/or substantial rural health experience
  • Required board certification: Family Medicine
  • Must hold active AZ license or be eligible for any state license as specified
  • Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Providers not comfortable seeing all pediatric age groups do not qualify
