The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in family practice or internal medicine, with specific experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).

Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure a holistic approach to patient care without unnecessary referrals.
Additional Information
- Required Board Certifications: Internal Medicine; Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP).
- Must be Medicare/Medicaid enrolled in CA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in family practice or internal medicine.
- EPIC EMR experience is mandatory.
