We are seeking a qualified Family Practice Physician to join our integrated care team in California for a 44-day locum tenens assignment starting 06/30/2025. This role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in family practice or internal medicine, with specific experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC).

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Utilize EPIC EMR system to document patient interactions.
  • Ensure a holistic approach to patient care without unnecessary referrals.


Additional Information

  • Required Board Certifications: Internal Medicine; Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP).
  • Must be Medicare/Medicaid enrolled in CA.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in family practice or internal medicine.
  • EPIC EMR experience is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in FQHC or IHS settings is essential.
