Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver primary care for patients of all ages, encompassing both acute and chronic health conditions.
  • Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, ensuring adherence to protocols.
  • Review and sign off on midlevel provider charts and care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient exams and procedures.
  • Develop and monitor detailed patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Handle complex cases referred by midlevel providers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the eClinicalWorks EMR system.

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certification in Family Medicine.
  • Must hold a CA medical license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
