Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver primary care for patients of all ages, encompassing both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Review and sign off on midlevel provider charts and care plans.
- Conduct comprehensive patient exams and procedures.
- Develop and monitor detailed patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle complex cases referred by midlevel providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the eClinicalWorks EMR system.
Additional Information
- Required Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Must hold a CA medical license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
