We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a locum tenens role in California. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting.
- Manage acute care needs such as cold, cough, and flu symptoms.
- Address behavioral health issues and follow up on outpatient substance abuse treatments.
- Serve a diverse patient demographic, including geriatric and adult patients, women's health, and LGBTQIA+ community for HIV and Prep testing.
- Utilize Athenahealth EMR system to document and manage patient information.
Additional Information
- Board certification in Family Practice preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Must hold a valid California medical license.
