This full-time opportunity involves day shifts, Monday through Friday, in an outpatient primary care clinic setting serving patients of all ages. The role requires at least 2-3 years of experience and board certification in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in a family practice setting
- Oversee and manage 20-25 patient cases per eight-hour shift
- Deliver care across a full scope of family medicine, including preventative, acute, and chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Athenahealth EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to address intergenerational health needs
Additional Information
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Family Practice Physician required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Spanish speaking preferred, not required
