Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient primary care to adult and pediatric patients
- Diagnose and manage chronic medical conditions
- Perform routine office-based procedures within scope
- Conduct preventive care visits, screenings, and counseling
- Deliver women’s health services, including Pap smears
- Provide pediatric well-child care and immunizations
- Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans
- Review and interpret labs and diagnostic results
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care, including telehealth
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and collaborate with care teams
Additional Information
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine required
- Must hold a valid California license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Experience with outpatient primary care for adults and children
- Strong background in chronic disease management, preventive care, and routine office-based procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
