Job Description

Our client in California is actively seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 60-day assignment starting Apr 6, 2026. This role involves a balanced schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on a mix of direct patient care and administrative responsibilities. The successful Physician will manage a wide range of family practice cases, including chronic care and acute illnesses across all age groups, while also serving as an Associate Medical Director.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide direct patient care, with a focus on administrative duties, adhering to a 60/40 patient care to administrative work ratio.
  • Serve as an Associate Medical Director, collaborating directly with other associate and chief medical directors.
  • Manage a diverse patient panel across all age groups, addressing common conditions such as chronic care, diabetes, hypertension, pain management, and acute illnesses.
  • Provide comprehensive care for Medicare and Medicaid patients.
