This vital role primarily focuses on providing comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventative care, chronic disease management, and addressing acute concerns, with a consistent daily schedule from 9a-5p. You will contribute to a supportive healthcare setting, managing patient referrals and labs, while ensuring high-quality primary care services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide outpatient primary care in a clinic setting.
- Conduct preventative care, physicals, and chronic care management.
- Address infections and simple acute care concerns; urgent care level cases are referred to local hospitals.
- Manage patient referrals and laboratory orders.
- Conduct patient appointments, typically scheduled for 30 minutes.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
- Experience with RPMS EMR system.
