Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day assignment in California, commencing May 11, 2026. This vital role involves providing comprehensive primary care within an FQHC setting, managing rural health aspects, and addressing a diverse patient population during an 8:30a-5p schedule. The physician will handle high patient volumes, skillfully addressing multiple complaints per visit within efficient appointment intervals.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an FQHC setting, addressing rural health considerations.
  • Manage a diverse patient panel, focusing on individuals 18 years and older for various primary care needs, including acute conditions.
  • Efficiently handle high patient volumes, seeing 22 or more patients per day within 15-minute appointment slots.
  • Address multiple patient complaints effectively during each visit.
  • Care for a significant population of Spanish-speaking and Medical/cade patients.


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine is required.
  • The EMR system utilized is Epic.
