Responsibilities and Duties
Provide direct patient care 2-3 days per week, seeing an average of 10-15 patients per day
Perform administrative and oversight duties on non-clinical days
Supervise PA, NP, and APRN staff working under your license
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices in a Tribal Health or Rural Health environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Additional Information
Board certification in family practice or internal medicine required
Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Experience working with native populations is essential
Previous senior leadership or healthcare administration experience required
Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Florida
