We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician for a 7-week locum tenens assignment in Georgia. This opportunity begins on Nov 3, 2025, with day shifts from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The physician will provide clinical oversight to a nurse practitioner onsite, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with chart review requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide clinical oversight to the onsite nurse practitioner
  • Be available for calls from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday–Friday, as needed
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the nurse practitioner to review cases and completed work
  • Review 10 percent of patient charts annually to ensure compliance and quality
  • Address questions from the nurse practitioner regarding patient care and clinical cases

Additional Information
  • Must have an active Georgia medical license
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical and supervisory experience as a Family Practice Physician required
  • Board certification in Family Medicine/OMT required
  • Familiarity with EMR systems other than Aspen preferred
