We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting on Aug 4, 2025. This full-time position involves day shifts from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, focusing on Family Medicine and Behavioral Health in an outpatient setting. No weekends or on-call duties are required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care to adults and children, maintaining a 50/50 split between Family Medicine and Behavioral Health cases.

• Support from a team of 10 Medical Assistants.
• Utilize Smartcare EMR system for managing patient information and care activities.

Additional Information

• Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
• DEA certification necessary.
• Must be licensed to practice in Indiana.
