The physician will engage in comprehensive family medicine care covering patients of all ages, focusing on both acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide general primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages
  • Manage medication and oversee home treatment education
  • Refer patients to specialists as necessary
  • Ensure continuity of care between visits
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including charting and notation in the EMR
  • Conduct peer reviews
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
  • Treat a culturally and economically diverse patient population

Additional Information
