We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This opportunity, starting on Oct 27, 2025, offers a varied schedule, ensuring a balance between professional and personal life. The Physician will engage in a dynamic practice setting treating a diverse patient population.

Job Details
  • Location: Indiana

  • LOA: 120 days
  • Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician
  • Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10am-7pm
  • 42 Hour work week, only one late evening

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Collaborate with up to 2 Advanced Practice Providers
  • Manage medication for patients
  • Educate patients about home treatments
  • Refer patients to specialists as needed
  • Ensure continuity of care between visits
  • Maintain accurate patient records through charting in the EMR
  • Conduct peer reviews
  • Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Family Medicine
  • Comfortable treating patients of all ages
  • Experience with a diverse patient demographic is advantageous
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
