Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Jan 5, 2026. This full-time opportunity features a mix of day and evening shifts Monday through Friday, providing primary care to patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient setting.

  • Schedule: 8am-5pm (Monday, Wednesday & Friday); 10am-7pm (Tuesday & Thursday)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with up to 2 advanced practice providers
  • Manage medications and provide patient education for home treatment
  • Refer patients to specialists as appropriate
  • Ensure continuity of care between visits
  • Complete charting and documentation for each patient consultation in the EMR (eClinicalWorks)
  • Participate in peer reviews
  • Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and medical team
  • Deliver care to a culturally and economically diverse patient population


Additional Information

  • Must be licensed to practice in Indiana
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certifications required
  • Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
