We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Physician for a 66-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Nov 24, 2025. This full-time opportunity features day shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or call. The role involves a balanced mix of family medicine and behavioral health cases, treating both adults and children in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide outpatient care for both Family Medicine and Behavioral Health cases
  • Deliver care to adults and children, maintaining a 50/50 split between case types
  • Work collaboratively under the direction of the Medical Director
  • Supervise and coordinate with a team of 10 medical assistants in the office
  • Ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards

Additional Information
  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Active Indiana medical license required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience in behavioral health is preferred
  • Client is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas
