The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing a diverse patient population and collaborating with a team of midlevel providers.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide primary care and family practice services to patients ages 5 and older
  • Diagnose and treat acute conditions such as flu, cough, cold, and respiratory issues
  • Perform physicals for children, men, and women
  • Manage chronic illnesses including hypertension and diabetes
  • Administer children’s immunizations if possible
  • Collaborate with approximately 5-8 midlevel providers

Additional Information
  • Board certification required: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Urgent Care
  • Must hold an active Kentucky license
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification required
  • Must have experience in primary care or family practice settings
