Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for an engaging 60-day assignment in Massachusetts. Beginning Mar 23, 2026, this role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including diagnosing illnesses, offering preventive services, and managing chronic diseases, with flexible scheduling available between 8:30am and 8:00pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses.
• Provide comprehensive preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests.
• Offer personalized counseling to patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Deliver acute care services.
• Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, asthma, and hypertension.

Additional Information

• EMR: Athenahealth
• Spanish speaking preferred, though interpretation services and fluent medical assistants are available on site.
• Initial longer appointments will be provided for comfort, with standard appointments lasting 20 minutes and Nexplanon and IUD procedures allocated 40 minutes.
