Responsibilities and Duties
Provide primary care and urgent care services in an outpatient setting
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform patient examinations and develop treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
Prescribe medications and manage ongoing therapies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR
Additional Information
Minimum of 3 years experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care outpatient settings required
Active Minnesota medical license required
Board certification in Family Medicine required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
Proficiency with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
